Module List

Modules are features we developed to make adding common types of content easy. The Calendar Module is a good example. To add a calendar event to your calendar, you simply have to login, choose the calendar module, enter in the date/s of the event, then give a brief description(with pictures if you choose). The new calendar event is automatically added to your Calendar so visitors can see it. You could literally do it within minutes. You don't need to get with your technical staff or know how to write a web page, you simply login and do it. This is how all of our modules work. The FAQ Module allows you to post commonly asked questions to your website. This is is a great way for visitors to get answers and information regarding common aspects about your organization.

Guest Book
The Guest Book Module allows visitors to leave comments about you or your website.
Enable users to post comments to your site
Guest Book comment does not get shown on website until you verify
Visitor can post public(can show on website) or private(does not show on website)
Guest Book lets visitor fill in Name, E-mail, their web address if they have one, the comment, and whether to submit the comment public or private

The Links of Interest Module allows you to add helpful links to your website.

Minutes of Meetings in PDF format
The Minutes of Meetings Module allows you to post Meeting Minutes in PDF format. Meeting Minutes are common with many government agencies.

Posted Forms Data
If you created forms on your website, this module will allow you to easily view the posted form data. Make note the form data may also be e-mailed.
Show the form as it was submitted or a printable version
The form may be e-mailed to multiple recipients if you so choose
Shows the data, time, and IP address of who filled the form

Products List
The Products Module allows you to post the products your organization offers.
Includes inputs for stock number, Description, units, price, and a full detailed description
E-commerce enabled (Full shopping cart support). **** In progress but not fully complete

The Terms/Dictionary Module was created for you to post common terms used by your industry. It is standard format, you enter a term, then you give the definition.

Uploaded Files
The Uploaded Files Module was created for 2 reasons. The first is a place for you to upload files for your visitors to download. The second is a place for you to upload files for use on your website. If you want to use flash, this is the place to upload your flash files.
Can be used as a repository or embedding into web pages

Restrict access to certain files by setting public or private

Groups for Site Features
The groups module is simply a place where you create your groups for all of your modules. Groups are simply a way for you to organize your data. For example, if you use the Staff Directory, you most likely would like to create multiple groups for each department you have. This will "group" departments together so the visitor will be able to easily distinguish between departments and their employees.
